President's Volunteer Service Award Program

• The program will be available to all actively participating members of the Prince of Peace Youth Group.

• The award program year will be our Youth Group program year (September – August).  All awards will be presented after the close of the program year.

• All Youth Group community service projects will count towards the program.  Also, I will keep records of service project hours from other organizations and activities that our active members are involved in and, which qualify and are properly documented.  The combined total hours from both sources will be used to qualify for any of the awards, which are explained in the enclosed documentation.

• There are three categories that we will participate in: “Kids” (ages up to 14), “Young Adults (ages 15 to 25), and “Family & Groups” (Our Youth Group).  Each category has a Bronze, Silver and Gold level, and each level requires a certain number of hours in the program year.
